Christmas is over and I must say I have mixed emotions. Part of me is glad because the driving, shopping and packing is over but the other part is sad because of the time that will go by before I get to see family again. It was great seeing how big, smart and funny my neices and nephews are getting. They are turning into little "people" with wonderful personalities. It's great!
Adam and I again enjoyed spending the holidays together - we are blessed to have one another. We talked a lot during our drives to and from our families' homes and it was amazing. Our conversations were great and consistented mainly of Christ - His grace, love and our desire to be more holy. We have started to read a book together called "The Pursuit of Holiness" by Jerry Bridges. It has had a big impact on my life and spiritual growth already - we are on chapter 2 if that tells you anything.
