We just returned from a nice & relaxing week down at the beach for our annual Hayes family vacation. We have gone for the last 3 years during the month of July for a week down to New Smyrna Beach FL with my husband's family. We drove back to Atlanta last night after a stop over in Waycross the night before to see my family & pick up Dakota. We had a great time down in Florida and feel much better after a few days of much needed sun, rest & time off. We met Adam's parents, brother Ken, sister-in-law Kim & their two young kids, Anna & Witt. It was a lot of fun being around them all. Much of our days consisted of the same thing. Get up, go for a run, head to the pool or beach for several hours of fun in the sun, up to the room for showers & then out to dinner with the entire crew. The most stress everyday came from the decision of where to eat dinner. I could definitely learn to live like that!
Well, it is back to reality tomorrow. Until next year....
