Ok so we are truly pathetic. Adam and I did not even stay up until 12 to ring in the new year. We were so tired - Adam fell asleep on the couch @ 9:30 (he wasn't even close) and I held out until about 11:15 but couldn't make it anymore. We must be getting old or just lazy - or both. The weather was horrible here so that didn't make the situation any better either.
The first day of 07 has turned out to be pretty much the same as a day in 06 except for the fact that we bought a new tv. We don't actually get it for another week but we paid for it - that is kind of scary. Paying for something you don't even have yet. I feel ok about it though - I trust Best Buy.
Its back to the "real" world tomorrow - that is the part I dread. All of the holidays are over - Thanksgiving, Christmas & now New Years. I guess the next holiday is MLK but I don't get off work for that one. Stinks!

Did Dakota at least make it to the new year? Your not old - just reasonable now. Staying up until 12am is over-rated when you have to function the next day :-)
