We had such a good time on Memorial Day when we went to the Atlanta Zoo. We've lived here for about three years now and have never gone. It was a lot of fun and the weather could not have been better. It was warm with a breeze. The only other zoo we have been to was the Jacksonville one and it was not a good experience for us. We barely saw any animals, it was miserably hot and it just wasn't that presentable. The Atlanta zoo was great! It was nicely set out meaning you didn't have to walk a mile from cage to cage. Everywhere we turned we were able to see animals of some sort which is the point - right? I recommend the Atlanta zoo for those who haven't gone. It is a great place for people of all ages I think and it doesn't take an entire day. We were in & out in about 3 hours. It was a nice time! Thank you Atlanta Zoo for a wonderful day!
