So millions of people went to see The Dark Knight this weekend. I was one of those. The movie brought in a record of over $155 million in its first weekend.
The movie was really good and jam packed with lots of action. Christian Bale continues to do a fantastic job as Bruce Wayne/Batman. I liked Maggie Gyllenhaal playing Rachel much more than I did Katie Holmes. But of course I'm sure most people wanted to see Heath Ledger do his thing as the Joker. He didn't disappoint. The only downfall of the movie in my opinion was that it was a little too long. I think it could have been a little closer to 2 hours and been just as good. If I was ranking the movie I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars.
