This is just a funny pic to me!2 weeks old today! Amazing how fast the time has flown - she grows & amazes me more each & every day. People keep telling & Adam I to enjoy every moment because before we know it she will be 6 months old & then 18. I read a quote today by Soren Kierkegaard that said "most people rush after pleasure so fast that they rush right past it". It doesn't necessarily pertain to parenthood but to life in general. Yes, there are many sleepless nights & frustrating moments especially early on but there is so much pleasure. I don't want to wish my way through this time - good or bad, I want to cherish it.
I do believe that my girl Elleri has two dimples (like her mommy) and looks like her eyes are darkening up (like her mommy). She still has some red to her hair & her eye shape is definitely like her daddy's. Overall, she is beautiful.
