Ok, I hear that gas and hiccups are pretty common in newborns. I sure hope so because it seems like Elleri has both of them all the time. Elleri can let them rip like the best of them. Here is a pic of "gassy" Elleri caught in the act.

Poor thing! You know she will be soooo embarrassed one day over this post! Not being a mom, I'm not totally sure, but I've had enough experience with babies to know that yes, it's quite common! Pitiful, isn't it? gripe water and gas drops work wonders!!!
Too funny! Nothing like a baby breaking the silence with their cute but surprisingly loud and forceful toots!
To this day, nursing is the only way I can get rid of Allie's hiccups - they say it doesn't bother them as much as it does us! I have heard of giving them a lil' water - I just never tried it.
Gas is the root of all evil when it comes to these little people! We use Mylicon - seems to work within a minute or two, but really, overall it seems Allie has no problem getting the gas out! Haha.
Yep - I love the sound of her gas. She'd die if she knew that & she is the only person I can say this about - EVER!
