Time spent with friends and family is so priceless. I saw my best friend Amy who lives in Fayetteville which is about an hour from my house for the first time in over a year on Saturday. She, I & our husbands went out to dinner, coffee & then came back to our house just to catch up. I realized as soon as I walked in the restaurant and saw her that it had been too long. I say this now & hope to stick to it but I will not let another year go by before seeing her again. Amy is that "person" for me (as Christina would call Meredith on Grey's Anatomy). She is my dearest and best friend from college that knows me so well and I can totally be myself around her. She is that "person" that will always be in my life and play an important role. She holds me accountable & encourages me all the time. Amy has the best laugh too - I could listen to her laugh all the time. She is such a fun person to be around. I am so blessed to have her in my life and am thankful that God blessed me with her friendship.
This is a picture of us on Saturday (Amy looks great as always but me on the other hand...bad day is all I can say).
Moral of the story - time flies by. Spend as much time as possible with friends & family while you can. It is easy to be lazy or make excuses. Time spent with them is time well spent.

Ok, so my head is HUGE compared to yours, hahaha! I think it always has been! I charged my cam and the pic of the 4 of us is good - and funny. I'm definitely the short one of the group, haha! I'll send them to you.
